The reinforcing steel has been dimensioned according to the standards of COVENIN, ACI, ASTM and the ASOCIACIÓN VENEZOLANA DE EMPRESAS DE PILOTES Y AFINES (AVEPI) and is formed by high resistance bars (Fy = 4,200Kg/cm2).

We also have experience in the use of prefabricated elements for marine environments. The results for resistance, work and corrosion resistance have been very satisfactory and have demonstrated to last through the years. This guarantees the required resistance of 400 kg/cm2 with water-cement proportions under 40%.

The asset stripping is done in rigid, metallic forms and waterlights that make the concrete vibrate with wall devices and immersion of high speed.

Once the required resistance is reached, the piles are emptied and taken to the deposit where later are ready to be delivered and put in place.
